GROUP BREAKS

There is a No Refund policy for any group break purchase once the break, or randomization process begins.  

CANCELLATION FEE

Refunds prior to the group break livestream will incur a cancellation fee of 5%. 

Cancellation Fees cover our processing fees.

PERSONAL BOXES

We have a No Refund policy for "Ripped" personals once opened. 

We have a No Refund policy for "Shipped" personals. 

LIVE AUCTIONS 

We have a No Refund policy for live auction purchases.
